Description: The Emotional Intelligence Test (EIT) is a 60-item questionnaire designed to measure the level of emotional intelligence in adolescents through scores on five dimensions - Self Awareness, Managing Emotions, Motivating Oneself, Empathy and Handling Relationships. It is a self-report, five-point Likert scale consisting of the following response options- always, most often, occasional, rarely and never. It is an effective tool for the measurement of emotional intelligence of adolescents and gives great insight into their patterns of thinking and interacting with their surroundings.
